CoBouw Polska is a Polish-Dutch building company specializing in complex execution of industrial structures made in steel construction in the area of the whole country.

The international knowledge and experience provides our investors with the use of latest technologies and flexibility as far as the investor’s individual needs and financial potential are concerned.

An idea and concept of the whole project is often conceived on a sheet of paper, then we give it the right direction and step by step we accompany our Investor, starting with the choice of an appropriate building site, through legal formalities and the procedure of designing process, up to the very construction and the final phase, namely moving into the building and starting business activity.

the concept preliminary design, evaluation and visualization of the investment;

industry projects necessary to obtain the building permit;

legal formalities and procedures connected with obtaining the building permit;

a general execution of the investment, starting with delivery of prefabricated halls and the assembly process up to the finishing and installation work;

a full coordination of work in the course of the investment execution, with the final handover.
